 Our Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 21st at 6:30 PM at the Amenity Center. This annual gathering is not just a meeting—it’s a chance for homeowners to engage in meaningful decisions that directly impact our community.
 
 This year, we have two open Board positions, both due to expiring terms. As part of this election, we are also working to restore our Board’s structure to staggered, three-year terms, which promotes continuity and stability in leadership.
 
 In the coming days, you’ll receive the official meeting notice and attached in this notice is the Call for Candidates, if you are interested in running for the Board, please read the instructions and fill out the attached form. We strongly encourage you to attach a resume as well, to provide a clearer picture of your background, experience, and the value you would bring to the Board.
 
 We are seeking dedicated, thoughtful, and community-focused homeowners to join the Board and help lead in key areas such as financial oversight, amenity management, and neighborhood safety.
